Refund policy

1. General Policy: KolosokBookStore (hereinafter "the Store") accepts returns of eligible items within seven (7) days of the purchase date, provided the conditions outlined below are met.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from damage.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase must be presented at the time of return.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, Sale or clearance items, Digital products and e-books

4. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact the Store via email at kolosokbookstore@gmail.com, providing their order number and details of the item(s) to be returned. The Store will respond with further instructions.

5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the Store made an error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If an item is received damaged or defective, customers must notify the Store within five (5) days of receipt. The Store will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping cost.
