Bulk Order Policy
1. Overview: KolosokBookStore offers special pricing and services for bulk orders. Bulk orders are defined as purchases of 20 or more books. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for placing and processing bulk orders.
2. Placing a Bulk Order: For assistance with placing a bulk order, please contact us at kolosokbookstore@gmail.com. Our team will be happy to assist you with requesting a price quote and placing your bulk order.
3. Information Needed When Requesting a Quote: Please have the following details ready when requesting a bulk order quote:
Name, phone number, and company/institution.
Date when the titles need to arrive (MM/DD/YYYY) - Full date required.
Ship-to address (including City, State, and Zip).
Ship-to phone number.
If you plan to pay with a Purchase Order, please note that in your request.
4. Price Quotes & Inventory Checks: Price quotes for volume orders are valid for 30 days. If a quote is accepted after the 30-day period, please contact us to ensure pricing has not changed. We will check inventory at the time of the quote. However, until we receive confirmation of the order, we cannot guarantee the availability of the requested quantity.
5. Bulk Orders for Gift Cards: For information about placing large quantity Gift Card orders, please contact us at kolosokbookstore@gmail.com.
6. Accepted Payment Methods: Kolosok Book Store accepts all major credit cards. Schools and institutions may also purchase using a purchase order.

7. Bulk Orders Shipping Internationally: To request a price quote or to place a bulk order that will be shipping internationally, please contact us at kolosokbookstore@gmail.com. International shipping charges (outside of the contiguous United States) for bulk orders are based on weight and destination. Please provide the full ship-to address, including postal code, at the time you request a price quote.
8. Shipping and Delivery: Bulk orders can be shipped to multiple addresses. Our Business Development Manager will assist you with coordinating and confirming shipping delivery and instructions. Depending on the type of order, the order due date, and any special circumstances, shipping and handling fees may or may not apply. For assistance with determining these costs, please contact us.
9. Taxes: Normal taxes apply to bulk orders. If your organization is tax-exempt, you will be asked to provide a tax-exempt number and/or certificate.
10. Bulk Order Return Policy: All bulk sales are non-returnable. If there are special circumstances, please contact us at kolosokbookstore@gmail.com, and we will work with you to find a solution.

12. Receiving Bulk Order Emails: If you do not receive a response to your request for a bulk order price quote within three business days, please check your email filtering software. Ensure that emails from kolosokbookstore@gmail.com are added to your address book or "whitelist" to receive updates about your order.
