Return requests

Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return of an eligible item. Email kolosokbookstore@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back.

Condition and eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Gift cards, digital products and e-books, and sale or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not limit your applicable rights for incorrect, damaged, or defective items.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return postage. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If we sent an incorrect item or your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the necessary return postage and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including any applicable original shipping charge. Contact us for instructions; do not purchase a return label before we arrange the return.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

Contact us promptly after delivery and, where possible, include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the problem. Your applicable rights are not limited by this request for prompt notification.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
